description: | The adjustment and durability test of steering column is an important parameter for automobiles safety, but the unified standard and test method is not yet formed. To solve the shortcomings of the traditional testers, such as less-automated, few test item, low universalness and weak ability of data report generation, this paper design a new test machine for the adjustment and durability of automobiles steering column on the basis of advanced foreign standards and test method. The test result indicated that this test machine embodies the characteristic of easy operation, stable function, and wide suitability, which improves the measurement accuracy and efficiency. |
