Thirdly, the IAQ in Lhasa is better than that in Chongqing, such that the exceed-standard rate of formaldehyde is only 2.5% in Lhasa, while 85.7% in Chongqing, and residents’ satisfaction rate in Lhasa is higher. Meanwhile, there are some difference about IAQ in different seasons. The overall concentration of indoor pollutants in summer is lower than that in winter, and residents satisfaction rate on the summer IAQ is higher than winter in Lhasa. Finally, the main effect factors on IAQ were analyzed, and some suggestions to improve the IAQ of residential buildings were provided.
