氧化锆对铬刚玉浇注料烧结及抗热震性能的影响 - Effect of ZrO2 Addition on Sintering and Thermal Shock Resistance of Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3 Castable

为改善铬刚玉浇注料的抗热震性能而又不显著降低其强度,在铬刚玉浇注料中加入了氧化锆微粉,采用弹性模量测定仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和压汞仪等研究了氧化锆微粉对浇注料烧结性能及抗热震性能的影响。结果表明:氧化锆微粉可促进铬刚玉浇注料的烧结。当氧化锆微粉掺量在1%~3%(质量分数,下同)时,可提高浇注料的抗热震性能且不降低材料的强度;当掺量在4%~5%时,可显著提高其抗热震性能,但强度出现明显下降。... Full description

1To improve the thermal shock resistance(TSR) of Cr2O3-Al2O3 castable,ZrO2 micro-powder(ZM) was added into Cr2O3-Al2O3 castable.The effect of ZM on the sintering and TSR of Cr2O3-Al2O3 castable was investigated by elasticity modulus tester,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and mercury porosimeter.The results show that the ZM can promote the sintering of Cr2O3-Al2O3 castable.When the addition of ZrO2 is between 1% and 3%(in mass,the same below),the TSR of Cr2O3-Al2O3 castable increases without impairing its mechanical strength.When the addition of ZrO2 is between 4% and 5%,how-ever,the TSR of Cr2O3-Al2O3 castable increases,while causing the mechanical strength decreases obviously.
