For distance education learners, according to the distance education learners' study demand and mobile media contact habits, needs to be built within easy reach of mobile learning resources. Use convenient mobile platform, make weibo course, micro letter public platform courses, APP, live with course combined with face-to-face teaching, online and offline interaction, the combination of formal learning and informal learning mobile Internet communication norm, to penetrate "experiential" teaching pattern in the learners' daily life, to meet the demand of the diversity of multi-level learning.
