Taking the chlorine as an example, this study analyses and quantifies the impacts of uncertainty degrees of repeatability of measurement, using a syringe, fitting of standard curve. The volatile organic compounds water the relative combined standard uncertainty. Objective is to establish a purge and trap the uncertainty for determination of volatile organic compounds in water by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method of evaluation, the quality evaluation of measurement results. The uncertainty evaluation method has a strong practical value in practical work.
