description: To improve the quality of air traffic control operation,the terminal control operation quality evaluation index system was established by studying the terminal area.The index weight was determined by network analytic hierarchy process(ANP),which overcomed the defect that the former analytic hierarchy process can not reflect the mutual influence relationship between indexes.Using projection pursuit(PP)and accelerated genetic algorithm(RAGA),a model of terminal control quality evaluation based on accelerated genetic projection pursuit(PP-RAGA)was established.The multidimensional index of operation quality was integrated into one dimension projection index,and the sample set was evaluated according to the size of projection index value.The evaluation result was compared with grey correlation analysis method to verify the rationality of the method.It provided the basis for the optimization and control of air traffic control operation quality.
