2With the massive application of particleboard in panel furniture, the effect of particleboard quality on panel furniture is becoming increasingly significant, especially the effect of particleboard thickness deviation on panel furniture quality. There exists certain gap between China’s particleboard thickness deviation control level and international requirements for panel used in furniture. With the particleboard manufactured by a typical particleboard factory in Kunming as the research object, the product thickness deviation caused by raw materials, blank paving quality and press and relevant control methods are analyzed.
