盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入联合超短波治疗新生儿肺炎临床观察

1Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of ambroxol aerosol inhalation combined with ultra-short wave in neonatal pneumonia. Method:One hundred and twenty neonatal patients with pneumonia admitted in this department from August 2012 to August 2013 were enrolled and equally divided into budesonide aerosol treatment group,ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol treatment group and ambroxol aerosol inhalation combined with ultra-short wave treatment group,and the therapeutic effects of the three treatment methods in neonatal pneumonia were evaluated. Result:The result showed that the efficient rate in ambroxol aerosol inhalation combined with ultra-short wave treatment group was 90%,which was higher than the other two groups. While clinically relevant indicators showed that the hospitalization and oxygen inhalation period were significantly shorten in ambroxol aerosol inhalation combined with ultra-short wave treatment group as compared to other two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:The research data showed that ambroxol aerosol inhalation combined with ultra-short wave treatment is highly effective in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia,including aspiration pneumonia and infectious pneumonia.
